Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Bachelor degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1) Responsible for Finished Goods Management and Inventory.
∎ 2) Ensure distribution planning and route planning.
∎ 3) Support Sales Team like Sales & Distribution Point (SDP), Corporate sales and tender related delivery.
∎ 4) Prepare daily, weekly, fortnightly, and monthly basis delivery report as per management requirement.
∎ 5) Maintain and issue all documents; such as receivables and the likes properly.
∎ 6) Monitor and maintain store ledger in software.
∎ 7) Issue Production Order and receive Finished Goods (FG) from production department.
∎ 8) Follow-up the customers and receive their feedback or complaint
∎ 9) Maintain BIN Card with physical stock.
∎ 10) Maintain all the files, books, ledgers, records and other documents of stores in appropriate way.
∎ 11) Liaise with Operation Department, Sales & Marketing Department, QC, VAT and AC department.
∎ 12) Stock report update for the concern departments and furnishing delivery information
∎ 13) Maintain Cable Return Form (CRF) and update in systems.
∎ 14) Create new items codes according to the demand of sales department.
∎ 15) Maintain FIFO/LIFO, Slow & non-moving and JIT Method.
∎ 16) Executing all the day-to-day Stores Function as per the SOP (Standard Operating Procedure).
∎ 17) Follow up business KPI's and performance, etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ - Having Cables industry background will get preference.
∎ - Sound knowledge about inventory management.
∎ - Having experience in planning, organizing & implementing
Salary: Negotiable
