Responsibilities & Context
Store Management and inventory control
Maintain and update all stock
Receive, inspect and verify all incoming goods.
Issue materials and supply to different department against duly approved requisitions.
Maintain proper records of all food items
Prepare monthly inventory statements.
Maintain day to day cash books bank books, general ledgers and other accounting records.
Record all financial transactions accurately and systematically.
