Responsibilities & Context
Manage reservations, supplier confirmations, travel documentation and customer records.
Ensure customers receive accurate itineraries, vouchers and relevant travel instructions before departure.
Monitor tour arrangements and coordinate with service partners to ensure timely delivery.
Handle itinerary changes, booking amendments and operational issues promptly.
Provide responsive customer support before, during and after travel.
Address customer concerns and coordinate practical solutions with relevant suppliers.
