Experience in complex shift rosters, overtime calculations and contractor attendance systems preferred.
Responsibilities & Context
Manage payroll preparation, attendance, overtime, leave and statutory deductions.
Maintain HRIS/payroll records, benefits data and employee master information.
Coordinate payroll reconciliation with Finance and ensure timely, accurate payroll inputs.
