Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provide direct patient care in the designated department (Dialysis, OT, Labour, Gastroenterology, Ward/ Cabin and Others)
∎ Perform nursing assessments, monitor vital signs, and administer medications as prescribed.
∎ Ward Management.
∎ Manage patient care plans and collaborate with the healthcare team.
∎ Educate patients and their families about their condition and treatment.
∎ Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
∎ Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
