• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients across various departments.

• Monitor vital signs, assess patient conditions, and report significant changes to physicians.

• Maintain records of medications and ensure proper dosage and patient safety.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including assessments, treatments, and progress notes.

• Support doctors during medical examinations, diagnostic tests, and minor surgical procedures.

• Prepare and manage medical equipment and ensure a sterile environment.

• Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, post-discharge care, and preventive health measures.

• Provide emotional support and ensure patient dignity and comfort.

• Follow hospital infection control protocols strictly to prevent cross-contamination.

• Work closely with physicians, other nurses, and healthcare staff to ensure coordinated care.

• Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and continuous improvement activities.

• Monitor and manage the availability of medical supplies and equipment in the unit.

• Comply with hospital policies, procedures, ethical standards, and nursing protocols.

• If In-Charge: Leading the nursing team, managing shift schedules, and overseeing overall nursing care delivery in the section.
