∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Nursing, Diploma in Nursing
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Valid Registration from Bangladesh Nursing Midwifery Council.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide specialized nursing care to critically ill neonatal and pediatric patients.
∎ Monitor vital signs, assess patient conditions and respond to changes promptly.
∎ Administer medications, intravenous therapy and other treatments as prescribed by doctors.
∎ Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
∎ Educate and support parents and families during their child's stay in the NICU and PICU.
∎ Operate and maintain specialized medical equipment.
∎ Document patient assessments, interventions and outcomes accurately.
∎ Ensure a clean and safe environment for patients and adhere to infection control protocols.
∎ Participate in continuous education and training to stay updated on pediatric nursing practices.
