Responsibilities & Context:
Deliver direct patient care, including assessments, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care plans.
Monitor and record patient vital signs and report any changes to the medical team.

Assist with diagnostic procedures and provide support during examinations.
Educate patients and families about health management and post-discharge care.
