Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's degree in economics, social science, political science, public administration or any other related social science from reputed universities

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assess training need and develop and modify the training curriculum, modules, schedules and related handouts
∎ Facilitate the training workshop sessions to build the capacity of social activists, youths (students), grassroots women leaders, political leaders and elected local representatives.
∎ Assist in developing training materials/contents and training calendars in consultation with training manager and maintain the data base of the trainees and project activities.
∎ Empower, motivate and mobilize social activists, youths (students), grassroots women leaders and elected local representatives to take actions towards creating SDG unions through local level planning and using local resources.
∎ Develop effective reporting and documentation system
∎ Arrange trainings, seminar, roundtable discussion, dialogue, meeting with relevant stakeholders
∎ Support to carry out advocacy initiatives and maintain liaison with the relevant stakeholders, government officials
∎ Prepare various monthly and quarterly report and news letters
∎ Closely work with publication unit for printing and publication reports and newsletters and success stories
∎ Maintain good relation with both electronic and print media

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Practical experiences and skills in developing and facilitating training on gender, life skill, SRHR, governance and community development
∎ Having sound knowledge related gender, SRHR, human rights, democracy, peace building, WASH, nutrition and local governance
∎ Having skill social media campaign and website content development
∎ English medium background or degree from foreign university will be given preference
∎ Minimum 5-7 years' work experiences in the related fields in an international/national NGOs
∎ Good connection with political activists and members of the civil society both national and local level
∎ Excellent in English speaking and writing skills is a prerequisite
∎ Expert level competency with Microsoft word, Excel, Power point, Outlook
∎ A socially active person having good networking skills
∎ Good analytical, negotiating, communication and advocacy skills
∎ Sets high standards for quality of work and consistently achieve the targets
∎ Ability to work effectively in groups and independently; demonstrated initiative and creativity when solving problems
∎ Ability to effectively present different types of report for a diverse range of audience.
∎ Good organizing and communication skills, relation building capacity with team and people of all sectors
∎ Dedication, motivation, self-starter, ambition and commitment to the job as well as society
∎ Challenge taker and meet the deadline
∎ Good experiences on advocacy and policy influencing work with shared learning and knowledge management

Salary: Negotiable
