Advertising Ageny, Design/Printing/Publishing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist manager for solving all king of client’s management issues.
∎ Create & making creative presentation (video & pptx)
∎ Highly proficiency in English (Writing, reading, speaking & listening)
∎ Active participation in extracurricular activities.
∎ Keep track of ongoing projects.
∎ Send accurate and quality sales proposals to client for further business development.
∎ Analyze results sent by the field force.
∎ Check for service fulfillment and see whether client instructions and quality standards are met.
∎ Deliver service results within deadline via necessary technological means.
∎ Track approved proposals to ensure end to end service delivery.
∎ Generate accurate invoice to the client, based on services provided for revenue generation.
∎ Company documentation management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Intermediate Computing and Applications.
∎ High English typing speed and accuracy.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Ability to maintain strict deadline.
∎ Ability to coordinate and communicate with different stakeholders.
∎ Scope:
∎ Fulfillment of services provided to clients.
∎ Quality assurance of services generated by field force.
∎ Timeliness of service delivery.
∎ Revenue generation from client acceptance of proposals
∎ Expert in documentation
