Responsibilities & Context:

To strengthen online sales operations and enhance coordination between product, marketing, and logistics teams, we are hiring a dynamic professional to ensure smooth daily e-commerce management, order accuracy, and timely campaign execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the company’s e-commerce strategy to achieve sales, traffic, and conversion goals.

  • Oversee website operations ensuring smooth user experience, accurate product listings, pricing, and inventory coordination.

  • Manage daily e-commerce operations including product upload, stock updates, and order fulfillment.

  • Plan and implement offers, promotions, and campaigns in collaboration with the marketing and sales teams.

  • Coordinate with the digital marketing team on SEO, SEM, email, and social media campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.

  • Analyze performance data and KPIs to identify trends, optimize performance, and report results.

  • Ensure a seamless online shopping experience and coordinate with customer support for service improvement.

  • Collaborate with IT, logistics, finance, and vendors to maintain efficient e-commerce operations.

  • Manage platform performance, budgets, and vendors ensuring ROI and alignment with business goals.

  • Stay updated on digital tools, trends, and best practices for continuous improvement.
