• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).

• Academic background in Fine Arts (BFA/MFA preferred).

• Strong visual sense with demonstrable design skills and a creative portfolio.

• Solid understanding of multimedia design principles, event-based branding, and advertising.

Experience Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of relevant professional experience.

• Prior experience in an advertising agency will be highly preferred.

• Strong eye for visual composition and aesthetics.

• Effective time management with the ability to deliver under pressure.

• Ability to balance creativity and technical precision.

• Creative Development: Interpret creative briefs and collaborate with the Brand team to deliver impactful visual concepts.

• Design Execution: Produce high-quality designs across multiple mediums, including print advertorials and digital advertisements.

• Visualization & Creativity: Deliver innovative visual solutions and aesthetic designs under tight deadlines.

• Technical Adaptation: Resize and adapt approved layouts while ensuring accuracy in technical details (size, resolution, color codes, etc.).

• Multimedia Understanding: Support event, production, and advertising initiatives with strong visual storytelling.
