Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ · Ensure proper compliance with VAT and SD Act 2012 & Rules 2016.· Prepare VAT Challan, and maintain VAT related ledger and document.
∎ · Reconciliation between VAT record and Accounting record.
∎ · Prepare and submit monthly VAT Return Mushak-9.1 timely.
∎ · Mushak-6.3, Challan issue according to requirement
∎ · Issuance of VAT deduction certificate Mushak-6.6 timely.
∎ · Preparation of input output co-efficient Mushak-4.3
∎ · prepare & issue Credit Note Mushak-6.7 and Debit Note Mushak-6.8 for adjustment
∎ · Good knowledge about Contract manufacturing and all VAT Form
∎ · Handle VAT of all units under central registration.
∎ · Day to Day update purchase register Mushak-6.1 and Sales Register Mushak-6.2
∎ · Keep filing required document for facing VAT audit
∎ · Stay updated on changes in VAT laws and regulations and practice accordingly.
∎ · Prepare and submit various VAT related report as required Communicate and liaison with VAT circle office and VAT headquarter
