Job Context:
∎ A leading Group of Companies looking for a highly experienced Teacher cum Project Leader for an upcoming International School:
∎ The Project Leader will be part of the core project group to establish the International School, which is being set up under direct guidelines of preeminent International Education Body, maintaining intl. curricula & standards of education, and to be inaugurated in 2024, here in Dhaka.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Comprehensive planning & feasibility of the Intl. School Project.
∎ Coordinate and maintain communication with the Intl. Accreditation Body.
∎ Take lead role in setting up the academic curricula and roadmap.
∎ Analysis and design of facilities-mix in cooperation with project team.
∎ Follow-up & monitor the timely implementation of the project.
∎ Formulate strategic & operational plan for the school following inauguration.
∎ Help to recruit & develop the School Operations team.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 15+ years of experience working in prominent Intl. & English-medium school(s) with substantial administrative exposure (i.e. Principal, Vice Principal, In-Charge etc.).
∎ Excellent written and oral communication skills (must be Fluent in English).
∎ Proven leader with ability to work independently & collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
