Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure quality and cost efficiency.
∎ Develop procurement plans to meet operational requirements for all brands.
∎ Ensure procurement aligns with company policies and compliance standards.
∎ Monitor inventory levels across outlets and ensure optimal stock availability.
∎ Implement strategies to minimize wastage, pilferage, and stock outs.
∎ Regularly conduct inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
∎ Oversee the entire supply chain workflow from sourcing to delivery.
∎ Identify and mitigate risks in the supply chain to avoid disruptions.
∎ Optimize logistics to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
∎ Utilize the company’s ERP system to track and manage supply chain activities.
∎ Analyze data and generate reports for management to make informed decisions.
∎ Provide training to team members on ERP functionalities when necessary.
∎ Lead and mentor the supply chain team to enhance productivity and performance.
∎ Set clear KPIs for the team and monitor their achievement.
∎ Maintain regular communication with management to update on progress, challenges, and opportunities.
∎ Foster strong relationships with vendors and service providers to ensure seamless operations.
∎ Ensure all procurement and inventory practices adhere to food safety and quality standards.
∎ Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to implement best practices.
∎ Work with internal audit teams to ensure compliance across supply chain processes.
∎ Identify areas for improvement in the supply chain process and implement solutions.
