Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg), Masters in Engineering (MEngg)
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Individual customer visit for collecting technical requirements of existing network infrastructures as well as for the future requirements
∎ Dealings with foreign principals/suppliers for arranging high level customer meeting and demonstrating the products based on the upcoming projects.
∎ Provide presentation and knowledge transfer about the products and services
∎ Follow up the upcoming Tender/RFP/RFQ and analysis them, prepare Bid documents and submit them according to tender/RFQ/RFP requirements
∎ Prepare Tender/RFP/RFQ technical compliances, ensure all specs are compiled
∎ Engaged with sourcing the products according to the Tender/RFP/RFQ
∎ Build strong relations with customers and meet the requirement of customer needs in order to award the projects.
∎ Review technical specifications, analysis them, design them according to customer needs
∎ Coordinate with customer for projects delivery if awarded; ensure project has been delivered on time according to contract.
∎ Attained in foreign tour and training together with customers to ensure customers are well entertained by foreign principals while they are on training/tour.
∎ Attain onsite training during the installation and commissioning of the projects, ensure well confidence to provide warranty support, troubleshooting after handover the projects
∎ Review contract and correct them if needed
∎ Keep coordinate with foreign principals in order to getting warranty support, RMA process and onsite support needed during critical moment.
∎ Any other tasks related to project and company purposes.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 24 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates must be fluent speaking in English
∎ Both males and females are requested to apply in this positions
∎ Candidates must have working experience in IT/Telecom/Broadcasting industry for designing, installation, commissioning and troubleshooting.
∎ Candidates should have strong experience working with Power Point, Visio for making architectural engineering drawing
∎ Candidates must have high level presentation skills
∎ Candidates must have high level communications and sourcing skills
∎ Working experience with Satellite communication, Video, Audio, Microwave communication skills will be considered as extra advantage
∎ Candidates must travel across Bangladesh during project delivery or for any kind of technical support needed after delivery.
Salary: Negotiable
