Educational Requirements:
∎ The candidate should have B.Com/M.Com/BBA/MBA in any subject with minimum CGPA 3.50 or 2nd division/ class or equivalent result in all academic examinations.MBA will be given preference.
∎ Education qualification may be relaxed for highly experienced and competent candidates.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain effective communication & VAT Officials; C&F Agents, Transport Agencies and other organizations
∎ Assisting management in framing corporate policy regarding Tax & VAT.
∎ Maintain liaison with Govt. Office for working Tax & VAT related Assessment, Appeal & Tribunal work.
∎ He must have sufficient knowledge in TAX & VAT and other related activities
∎ Issue Musuk Challan 4.3 / 6.3 /9.1 /9.2 /9.3 & Maintain 6.2./ 6.2.1
∎ Collection of necessary documents from clients for timely submission of tax returns.
∎ Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
∎ Preferably possess knowledge and experience with accounting software.
∎ Update the Daily Import-Export Statement Prepare required reports
∎ Assist with any other tasks related to the commercial department.
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 5 years of working experience in Finance, Accounts, VAT, Tax and MIS with at least 3 years in a managerial position will be preferred.
∎ Accounting, Financial Planning and Management, Budgeting,VAT and Taxation, Information Management, Accounting software.
∎ Analytical ability, Good communication, Ability to design reporting tools and techniques, Report writing, Presentation skills, Problem solving ability, Strong interpersonal skills and managerial capacity. Computer applications, Advanced usage of MS Excel.
∎ Self-Awareness, dealing with ambiguity, Relationship building, Future oriented, Prioritizing, Independent decision making, Ability to work under pressure, Thinking out of box
