Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible to build up rapport with the officials of different organizations.
∎ Collect upcoming project information and provide it to team members.
∎ Responsible for Sales related to tenders of projects.
∎ Prepare accurate cost sheet for tenders & projects.
∎ Assist in analysing whole tender document to know the scope of work in tender.
∎ Assist in comparing foreign and local Parts price for the tenders and projects.
∎ Assist and responsible for proper documentation for the Tender & RFQ (for example in Banks/others) and for 3rd party tenders.
∎ Ensure coordination & communication with cross functional department and external providers for acceptance of customer agreement technical clauses, quotation in order to combine external and internal forces for success towards the customers.
∎ Make sure all the jobs are completed precisely within structured time frame, logged and initiating appropriate corrective action as necessary and required.
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by the line manager

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ The job holder requires demonstrating strong solid knowledge of sales techniques and principles, analytical ability, communication, planning, presentation skill, negotiation skill, computer literacy, leadership and people management skill, interpersonal abilities, ability to work under stress and team playing mentality with practical action. Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills. Good understanding of market research techniques, statistical and data analysis methods. Creative and commercially aware. Excellent knowledge of MS Office, Photoshop, Illustrator, AutoCAD, etc. Knowledge of technicality of Generator and spares parts is a must for the position offered
