Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Check DO/Sales Token available for delivery in the shift
∎ Check vehicle available based on sales token
∎ Confirm stock available and truck loading within the shift
∎ Prepare and check/sign all necessary delivery documents
∎ Prepare and send all required report related to distribution and goods delivery
∎ Shift wise reconciliation deliveries system vs physical
∎ Prepare transport bill on daily basis
∎ Received all customers complain goods in warehouse with checking approval and related documents
∎ Ensure sample delivery as per delivery requirement.
∎ Regular communication with marketing team, transport agent and distributors
∎ Resolve all delivery related issues with help of supervisor
∎ Regular shift briefing related with H&S and compliance
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Computer skill, MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ ERP/ Analytical
