Additional Requirements
- Age At most 35 years
3 to 10 years of relevant experience in the sterile manufacturing area of a pharmaceutical company.
Candidates without relevant sterile manufacturing experience will not be considered.
Strong communication, coordination, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
Computer proficiency, including MS Office applications and professional email communication.
Responsibilities & Context
Supervise sterile manufacturing operations, including solution preparation, compounding, filtration, ampoule/vial/eye drops filling, sealing and capping, inspection, sterilization, and lyophilization, as applicable.
Prepare, review, and implement SOPs, equipment operating procedures, and other technical documents related to sterile manufacturing.
Ensure compliance with cGMP, approved batch records, SOPs, aseptic processing requirements, and contamination control measures.
Coordinate media fill activities and other applicable process validation activities with QA and relevant departments.
Monitor production capacity, equipment utilization, manpower requirements, and material availability to achieve production targets.
Investigate deviations and incidents, identify root causes, and implement appropriate corrective and preventive actions.
Ensure accurate documentation, data integrity, and timely completion of manufacturing records.
Coordinate with QA, QC, Engineering, and Warehouse departments to ensure smooth production operations and timely product launches.
