∎ Graduate in any discipline can be substitute for experience but Diploma in Graphic Design, Graphic Arts Institute, BFA, MFA, etc. preferred.
∎ Educational background may be relaxed based on experiences and expertise.
∎ Skills Required: 3D Animation, 3d Design, 3D Studio MAX with VRay Render, Adobe Premier Pro, Adove After Effect, Bangla typing, Fluent In English
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop/ Illustrator, Adobe Premier Pro, motion graphics, Printing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Design/Printing/Publishing, Event Management, NGO, Online Newspaper/ News Portal, Software Company
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Strong Knowledge about Adobe's Creative Suite- including Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effect, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe In Design, Animation, Motion grapy (2D & 3D), Video editing & Adobe Photoshop, or any other Design & animation software.
∎ Creative Knowledge about digital marketing platform
∎ Excellent design skills, including the effective use of color, form and composition.
∎ Should design and create motion graphics with his own direction and experience as shooting director
∎ Create brochure / poster, leaflets, banners, newsletters, flyers, festoons, calendar, book cover and other materials.
∎ Sound knowledge related to Printing, Press and Packaging.

∎ Age 28 to 40 years

∎ Should have knowledge highly expert as below list
∎ Photoshop (A+)
∎ Illustrator (A+)
∎ Premier Pro (A+)
∎ 3D Max / Animation(A+)
∎ Power Point (A+)
∎ Bengali Typing (Bjoy / Avro / UniBjoy / google input) (20WPM)
∎ English Typing(20WPM)
∎ MS Word (B+)
∎ Printing Design experience. (must)
∎ Social Media designing experience.
∎ Website maintenance (B+)
∎ Advanced level knowledge on Scanner, photocopy and others technology based devices.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 40000 - 50000 (Monthly)
∎ Employee of the month bonus. Employee of the quarter bonus.
