∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Bachelor in Engineering in Mechanical or Industrial or Chemical
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ COMMON OPERATIONS:
∎ Overall supervision of the production operations (materials handling, production & packing) run the plant at full reliability and efficiency of all machines & equipment and update management / reporting superior from time to time.
∎ Planning and implementing optimum plant operations activities, products quality concerning with reporting superior.
∎ Prepare and monitor annual Production budget for plant operations, and responsible for overall Raw Material & Finished Cement management by maintaining optimum inventory level.
∎ Assist reporting superior for taking initiatives in plant and / or process development and projects implementation time to time, and maintain official relations with suppliers, vendors, third-party etc. in the respective fields' like-plant production operations.
∎ Take pre-approval of all expenditure for tools, equipment, materials, machines and for additional plant operations job.
∎ Ensure effective usage of various methodologies for optimum plant performance and reliability of plant equipment & systems.
∎ Ensure timely plant operation reports is generated to be shared with the management as well as concern departments.
∎ Ensure harmony relationship and cooperation within plant operations departments as well as maintain good liaison with others department for smooth operations of the plant.
∎ Maintain proper documentations, data, information and / or records (MIS) for future requirements and / or showing reflection plant operations performance and / or for given KPI presentation.
∎ Ensure proper safety for mentioned departments of plant operations- workforce, equipment and machineries etc.
∎ Assume responsibility for timely assessment of risks in the plant location & plan for mitigation.
∎ Ensure proper & optimum utilization of workforce as per approved hierarchy with acceptable behavior and good leadership.
∎ PRODUCTION PROCESS:
∎ Take initiatives to achieve unloading materials targets, production targets (quantitatively & quality), packing targets by ensuring good conditions of all machines & equipment.
∎ Take initiatives for materials unloading and production cost optimization with systematic reflection by analyzing & implementing production process reengineering.
∎ Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics and performance targets to ensure effective return on assets.
