∎ Graduate or equivalent

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct regular feedback with other team members (Project Architects, project Engineers-Electrical and mechanical & plumbing)
∎ Plan to purchase, sale, and development of real estate properties on behalf of businesses and investors.
∎ Ensure that all logistic supports i.e. materials including in-house supplies, drawings, designs, detailing are available on demand at site.
∎ Ensure adequate material and labor for projects through coordination with supply chain team, contractors, etc.
∎ Handle financial operations and maintain financial statements of the property.
∎ Update owners on status of property.
∎ Supervise maintenance staff; hire contractors to make repairs and purchase supplies and equipment for properties.
∎ Consider factors such as property values, taxes, zoning, population growth, transportation, and traffic volume and patterns.
∎ Manage multiple projects through effective planning, monitoring, report of progress etc.
∎ Meeting with the team members and motivate them to contribute their efforts for timely completion of the project in a most cost effective way.
∎ Implementation Schedule as per targets set by Management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Having must Real estate background

Salary: Negotiable

Compensation & Other Benefits:
