∎ Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A)
∎ Diploma in Graphics Design/ Fine Arts/ Bachelor in Graphics Design
∎ Educational qualifications may be relaxed based on experiences and expertise
∎ Skills Required: Adobe After Effects, Adobe illustrator, Adobe Photoshop
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing Creative visuals, motion graphics, edit videos including sizing and versioning for digital media platforms.
∎ Create design and prepare output for POSM, Event, Activity, Training and Others.
∎ Develop content and Converting briefs into creative visuals.
∎ Maintain brand consistency through all the projects.
∎ Develop and design innovative concept, layout, and graphics for stock.
∎ Produce high-quality complex GIF, GDN, Rich media and dynamic web ads.
∎ Must be proficient in Photography manipulation, generate and edit high quality Product Images.
∎ Researching, gathering knowledge and submit report about the Competitor, Audience and Industry.
∎ Brainstorm and generate new ideas within the team.
∎ Support and Coordinate with other in order to maintain quality.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong aesthetic sense, detail-oriented, ability to learn quickly and work efficiently as team player
∎ Proficient in Bangla & English (oral and written)
∎ Expertise in 3D Designing Software will add benefits
∎ Need to have good knowledge over MS Office Software
∎ Ready to work under pressure and must be result oriented
∎ Interpersonal and verbal communications skills to communicate in a professional and punctual
∎ Strong aesthetic sense, detail-oriented, ability to learn quickly and work efficiently as team player
∎ Must have Analytical Skill (Brand, Creative, performance)
∎ Must have the sense of Adaptability
