Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) in Architecture, Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) in Fine Arts, Diploma in Architecture
∎ Skills Required: 3D Studio MAX with VRay Render
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Create visualization of interior & exterior, in the form of photo-realistic still renderings with 2D, 3D, Production drawing
∎ Maintaining project and asset archives and 3D model library, project database and tracking
∎ Execute the event design (idea, execution plan, budgeting, and production supervision)
∎ Maintain brand and market Standard, Construction supervision, convey brand design concepts, standard specifications
∎ New Furniture/Brand material/POP material/Activity kiosk sampling and production
∎ Maintaining a proper database for Material Trends, market standard materials, Competitor POP, 3D elements.
∎ Provide report with data by market/factory visit
∎ Brand shop design, furniture design, event design, budgeting
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 34 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Capability of understanding of architectural plan & structural design.
∎ Strong aesthetic sense, detail-oriented, ability to learn quickly and work efficiently as team player
∎ Photography, Music and other social activities would be added an extra advantage
∎ Proficient in English (oral and written)
∎ Understanding of Brand Principles, Conduct research on current presentation and design trend, learning, new concepts and tools and keeping updated.
∎ Excellent visual design skills, focusing on clean, modern design.
