∎ In this role, you will create marketing materials by translating business objectives and project information into compelling content that tells a visual story while building the Softalogy brand. You will design for a wide variety of deliverables across online and offline channels including print, collateral, brochure, banners, logo, environmental and more.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Leading the development and creation of conceptual, high quality, brand appropriate materials that are aligned to the organizational goal.
∎ Developing a range of marketing materials for targeted audiences.
∎ Bringing strategic, innovative ideas to life from concept through execution.
∎ Interpreting brand guidelines for consistency and alignment.
∎ Managing multiple projects and priorities at the same time.
∎ Overseeing all design projects, from conception to delivery
∎ Designing original pieces, including illustrations and infographics
∎ Reviewing junior designers' work to ensure high quality
∎ Refining images, fonts and layouts using graphic design software
∎ Applying typography techniques
∎ Generating ideas to portray concepts and advertise products/services
∎ Maintaining brand consistency throughout all our marketing projects
∎ Ensuring final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
∎ Amending designs after feedback
∎ Liaising with marketing and design teams to ensure deadlines are met
∎ Staying up-to-date with industry developments and tools
∎ Participating in project brainstorms, team strategy sessions and project check-ins.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎
∎ A keen eye for visual details.
∎ Relevant degree preferred in visual arts, graphic design or related field.
∎ Experience in a fast-paced agency or client-side marketing environment required.
∎ Able to multi-task, prioritize workload, be proactive, and work effectively with minimal supervision under tight deadlines.
∎ Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment that requires quick turnaround and high-quality output.
∎ Self-motivated with the ability to creatively and strategically solve problems.
∎ Have good knowledge of corporate branding, digital media and color theory
∎ Have good information finding skills
∎ Knowledgeable about Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, and other design software programs

Salary: Tk. 35000 - 50000 (Monthly)
