Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design official stores, product page templates, campaign pages, promotions and campaign banners on fashionfield.com.bd
∎ Design Store-feed posts, Facebook ads, Thumbnails, etc.
∎ Design graphic content, illustrations, and infographics.
∎ Maintain a clear understanding of project objectives from ideation to completion.
∎ Manage graphic designs from conception to delivery.
∎ Review junior designer drafts to ensure quality.
∎ Generate fresh concepts.
∎ Ensure brand consistency throughout various marketing projects.
∎ Liaise between the marketing and design teams to ensure deadlines are met.
∎ Mock-up website design changes for A/B tests and new site developments as needed.
∎ Create effective high-converting landing pages for emails and ads.
∎ Be autonomous in time and project management.
∎ Have the ability to prioritize and effectively manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
∎ Contribute to the collaborative and supportive culture.
∎ Demonstrate a positive, can-do attitude.
∎ Create content for emails and paid social ads, utilizing images provided by social media manager and outside photographers under Creative Director's direction.
∎ Create Instagram Stories slides to match wider campaigns as needed.
∎ Draft print materials for ecommerce drivers and other needs.
∎ Accountable for on-time and on-quality delivery of content.
∎ Assist with other content design and development needs as necessary.
∎ Have openness and a desire to learn and grow
∎ Work closely with the Design team lead.
∎ Coach and mentor junior colleagues
∎ Keep up-to-date with industry developments.
