Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop new business opportunities, and actively seek new growth and expansion opportunities.
∎ Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
∎ Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
∎ Product sourcing Inhouse/Outside, select style, Qty & process for in stock or on demand basis purchase.
∎ Up to date with the latest merchandising trends and best practices
∎ Arrange business meetings with prospects and lead on the process all the way through contract signature and achieving sales targets.
∎ Conduct research to identify new Channels and user acquisition.
∎ Collaborate with regional and local marketing and branding teams to align ecommerce goals with overall digital communication and strategy.
∎ Managing relationships with partners and ensuring seamless end-to-end integration of the e-commerce business.
∎ Analyzing data from market and consumer studies to generate commercial insights.
∎ Promote the company’s products/services.
∎ Strategically uncover new sales opportunities using business, social and legislative changes in the market and industry.
∎ Serve as the lead point of contact for all account management matters.
∎ Reporting on a weekly basis to top management on the work progress, milestones completion, and growth.
∎ Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns rooted in division/category strategy and budgets focused on optimization and ROI: search engine marketing (SEM), display, retargeting, paid social and email marketing.
∎ Lead site optimization new projects in collaboration with internal and external IT teams, developers, and designers to increase conversion and enhance the overall experience of our users: new websites, microsites, user experience (UX) and mobile enhancements, new marketplace integrations, predictive intelligence, chatbot among many others.

∎ Proven work experience as a Business Development.
∎ Proven experience of online and offline lead conversion.
∎ Ability to perform data analysis & prepare necessary reports.
∎ Experience managing a high-performance target-based sales team.
∎ Ability to develop business strategy and analyze sales performance metrics.
∎ Strong communication and team management skills.
∎ Skills to develop new business plans.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills especially in English.
