Educational Requirements:

∎ Graduated any reputed university (with minimum CGPA 3) or Foreign degree from UK, USA or Canada in Accounting or Finance only
∎ ACCA/ CPA/CIMA/ CFA Qualified.
∎ 3 + years of UK experience on related job will be highly preferable
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: ACCA,CPA,CIMA
∎ Skills Required: Google Sheets, Knowledge of using Xero, MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote

Job Context:
∎ We are looking for an experienced full-time accountant to oversee our client`s Year End compliance obligations whilst working closely with account managers in the UK.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyse financial information in Xero, as well as other bookkeeping software, and summarise reconciliation reports.
∎ Correspond with account managers to request information and answer any transaction/reconciliation queries.
∎ Prepare clear, detailed and supported nominal reconciliations.
∎ Prepare working papers using Silverfin.
∎ Prepare year-end accounts (FRS 105 and 102) and Corporation Tax returns.
∎ Meet internal and statutory deadlines.
∎ Work and communicate efficiently with account assistants and bookkeepers throughout the accounts production process.
∎ Manage clients' suppliers and employee payments in Telleroo
∎ VAT invoice completeness and verification checks in Xero/ QuickBooks
∎ Maintain fixed asset register and run depreciation
∎ Assist with year-end accounts preparation (in Digita) and working papers (in Silverfin)
∎ Ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned by Finance Manager
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent in Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point;
∎ Self-motivated, pro-active and guest focused team player;
∎ Pleasant personality with strong communication skills;
∎ Good in written and fluent in spoken English; Foreign Graduate or IELTS score of 7 will get highly preferable.
∎ Knowledge on accounting software (Xero, Silverfin, Dext, Freeagent, Digita) will be considered as extra advantage;
∎ Ability to adopt, grow and learn in a changing and progressive environment
