Job Responsibilities:
∎ To Work as the helping hand of the technical superintendent, marine superintendent/ DPA/ HOD.
∎ Responsible for Procurement of Engineering, shipping items, and other materials from Local markets.
∎ Receive purchase requisition daily and prepare procurement plan addressing the priority.
∎ Any other job assigned by the management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Proven work experience as a Purchasing Officer in a shipping company.
∎ Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating and liaising with vendors).
∎ Analytical skills with good working knowledge of Excel & MS Office.
∎ Excellent analytical and communication skills, both verbal and written, and ability to direct the actions of others.
∎ Negotiation skills.
Salary: Negotiable
