Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Multimedia, Graphic Design, or any related discipline (Preferred but not mandatory if skills are proven)

• Age At least 22 years

• Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in graphic design, motion graphics, and creative content production

• Skilled candidates with less experience will be considered if they demonstrate strong design and AI expertise

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro)

• Strong understanding of AI-based design and editing tools for image generation, enhancement, and concept development

• Hands-on experience with 2D animation and motion graphics

• Creative, detail-oriented, and up-to-date with the latest design and AI trends

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Must include portfolio samples showcasing both traditional and AI-based design work

Job Summary:
Betopia Group is now looking for a creative and tech-savvy Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team and contribute to developing visually engaging designs that reflect our brand identity across digital and print platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop high-quality and visually engaging designs for digital, print, and multimedia platforms

• Create motion graphics, 2D animation, and AI-generated visuals to enhance brand storytelling

• Use AI-based design tools (e.g., Midjourney, DALL·E, Firefly, Leonardo.ai, Runway, etc.) to generate, edit, and refine creative assets

• Edit, animate, and produce social media and promotional videos

• Collaborate with the marketing and content team to transform ideas into impactful visual campaigns

• Ensure consistency with Betopia Group’s brand identity across all creative materials

• Manage multiple design projects efficiently while meeting tight deadlines
