∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Job design, standardize timing SMV and methods.
∎ Production balancing, Process engineering.
∎ Monitoring hourly production and achieve the line target.
∎ Responsible for analyzing the workers performance.
∎ Monitor the workflow after initialization and update the methodology time to time.
∎ Should understand Garment wash & Quality procedures. Fine-tune process, suggest work aids and attachments.
∎ To analyze performance of operators & assist for salary decision.
∎ Prepare construction style package and follow-up.
∎ Practical experience in monitoring performance, identifying, solving bottlenecks and engineering workstations.
∎ Participate in the production planning.
∎ Must be practical and implement IE concepts and to improve productivity.
∎ Develop an IE team Train the production team in IE concepts; advise the management in IE matters.
∎ Experience in Working Costing and Production SMV
∎ Using different types of Tools and Techniques to improve productivity and efficiency (Time study, Motion study, Lean, 5S, KAIZEN, JIT, Kanban, Six Sigma).
∎ Attend and discuss during style change (PP meeting, Maintenance In-charge regarding the machine, folder, attachment, and technical personnel).
∎ Calculate and prepare the Man-Machine ratio.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in GSD environment/ GSD certificate
∎ Verbal and written correspondence in English.
∎ Should have experience in the Washing, Inspection, Floor Management,
∎ Team player with strong interpersonal and leadership ability.
∎ Well familiar with folders, all kind of work aids, operation, modification etc.
∎ Able to work independently.
∎ Good interpersonal skills with leadership quality.
