Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
∎ Strong understanding of design principles and best practices
∎ Excellent visual communication skills
∎ Experience with branding and marketing collateral creation (web graphics, social media graphics, presentations, etc.)
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
∎ Excellent time management and organizational skills
∎ For Senior Position: Ability to lead and mentor junior designers, manage projects from concept to completion, and provide strategic design direction.
