∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Retired FSCD officer will be preferable.
∎ Good knowledge about “The Fire Prevention and Firefighting Act of 2003”.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Monitoring firefighter team work.
∎ Check all fire equipment of the factory.
∎ Inspect the fire detection system, fire hydrant system, fire pump, door & other special fire equipment.
∎ Temperature & humidity monitoring.
∎ To ensure fire safety compliance on the floor.
∎ To ensure safety at the time of hot works.
∎ To arrange fire safety training & fire evacuation drill.
∎ Ensure aisles marking, extinguisher marking & other marking.
∎ To conduct fire safety audit.
∎ Familiar with NFPA, BNBC, Accord & Alliance & RSC norms.
∎ Proficient in system designing and documentation, BOQ fire sparklers, standpipes, fire alarm systems, fire pumps, and passive fire protection systems.
∎ To ensure periodic maintenance of all fire equipment.
∎ To ensure an Evacuation map for all building & factory fire license.
