Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc / Diploma in fashion designing from BGMEA University of Fashion & Technology (BUFT)/Shanto-Mariam University Of Creative Technology.
∎ Graduation or post-graduation in graphic design/ Fashion Design Technology /Fashion Studies from any well reputed institution.
∎ Skills Required: Fashion Designing, Graphic Design (Computer Aided), RMG sector(Fashion Tecknology)
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Adobe Photoshop/ Illustrator, Art sketch, Fashion Designing, Graphic Design (Computer Aided)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Boutique/ Fashion, Buying House, Garments, Group of Companies
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Creates design for Men's, Women's, and Children's wear with all types of complicated prints, plaid pattern, all types of stripes & different textured look for different seasons.
∎ Provide trend analysis of colors, styles, and details utilizing different design sources & global trend research and meet up global trends, apparels, fabrics & graphic design, and implementation.
∎ Research seasonal fashion trend direction, assortment opportunities, current market trends in garment decoration processes for art locations & techniques and adopts new art/technique concepts accordingly into technical skillset.
∎ Responsible for tracking changes/additions, and clear timely communication with cross-function partners across merchandiser managers, technical design team.
∎ Create visual concepts of graphic and print/embroidery artwork by hand or translate into using computer software.
∎ Analyze and clear understating of design from a technical perspective, i.e. producing patterns and technical specifications for designs.
∎ Maintain competitiveness means keeping an eye on developing trends and on what the competitors are doing.
∎ Maintain close relationships with the marketing and merchandising team to create ranges for all customers.
∎ Knowledge of using tools to perform Clipping Path, Photo Retouching, Photo Manipulation, and Image Editing.
∎ Visualize and then create a design with the help of Computer aided Design. (Adobe Photoshop and illustrator).
∎ Understand design from a practical and technical outlook.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Having experience in 3D design (CLO, BROWSER, and VISUAL STITCHER software) will be an added advantage
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Creating Visualization, and Graphics Design.
∎ Should have good knowledge on product development.
∎ Must have the teamwork quality with well behavior.
∎ Must be knowledgeable about the fashion industry and changing trends.
∎ Good communication skill.
∎ Fluent in English.
