∎ Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology,Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology,Khulna University of Engineering and Technology,Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology,Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology students will get preference

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Factory/ Plant/ Facility Management, Group of Companies, Hotel maintenance experienced

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To Plan, design & documentation for ongoing & upcoming schemes with overall supervision in Renovation assigned Project
∎ To Schedule, Progress, Budget, Estimate, CAD & 3D Illustration of ongoing works, CS, Rate Analysis, Negotiation with Vendor & Consultant. Mostly Ballroom, Kitchen, Meeting Rooms and guestrooms etc
∎ To Raise requisition, estimation, budget, schedule, procurement of materials & contractors, supervision, bill checking, certification, adjustments etc
∎ To supervise Interior & Architectural Based Works, Procurement, Direct Purchase, Bill Verification & Processing of overall works of GROUP
∎ To check Civil Construction Bill with Procurement i.e. QSP related works under admin led sub-committee as a team member
∎ To check bill checking, process, audit support, requisition check, W/O, design verification of Civil Construction related works of respective projects
