Job Context:
∎ Design and execute short plus long term strategic plans to assure infrastructure capacity attains current and future needs. Develop, execute and oversee procedures, policies and related training plans for project management and infrastructure administration.
∎ Manage and establish priorities for maintenance, design, development and analysis of entire infrastructure systems. Conduct research and recommend changes in services, products, protocols and standards to support development efforts and infrastructure procurement.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Infra Management :
∎ Follow up completion of all maintenance work and share update with management and field team and assign vendor for expansion and maintenance work;
∎ Finalize 2D & 3D design and follow up PO issue for Partner channel and follow up vendor for all maintenance & expansion;
∎ Coordination with HHP team for HHP furniture deployment [with CE furniture] & management approval and issue PO for expansion & maintenance;
∎ Checking infra-related bills and submit to Accounts & Finance Department & PO & Bill tracking report;
∎ Daily execution update & all BSO light check through video call & BSO maintenance - AC, paint, lock, branding, etc;
∎
∎ Visual merchandising :
∎ Display guideline/ product planogram execution and report;
∎ New outlet branding & branding requirement collection for existing outlet; Management approval and issue PO for branding work & branding execution through vendor;
∎ Oversee operational costs, conduct near along with long-term financial estimates for expanded functionality and user base;
∎ Negotiate with outsourcers, vendors and contractors for visual & infrastructure-specific products and services secure.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Will get preference those candidates have retail show room development experience;
∎ Candidate those are having excellent knowledge in Computer Operating will be given preference;
∎ Well groomed, energetic & ability to work under pressure;
∎ Ability to handle clients and satisfy them with the set service policies of the Organization:
