∎ Communication Skill: Oral fluency Bangla and English, Confident tone, correct and pleasant conversation
∎ Flexibility: One should have willingness to work both shifts and on public holidays

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ LADIES- Gulshan -1, Gulshan-2, Banani, Kakrail and Shantinagar
∎ ADAMS – Dhanmondi Adams & G-2 Adams
∎ Welcome clients with a warm and professional greeting upon arrival and ensure they feel comfortable throughout their visit.
∎ Identify and understand clients’ needs to suggest suitable services.
∎ Provide accurate service-related information, including duration, pricing, and pre/ post-care details.
∎ Maintain a smooth and friendly relationship between the client and assigned beautician.
∎ Encourage clients to bring family and friends, promoting group bookings and referrals.
∎ Inform clients politely of waiting times and manage queues efficiently to ensure service flow.
∎ Ensure clients have a comfortable and pleasant experience during their waiting time by attending to them in a courteous and professional manner.
∎ Stay updated on current beauty and fashion trends to engage in informed conversations with clients.
∎ Participate in internal and external training sessions to improve customer service skills and product knowledge.
∎ Handle documentation for feedback, client satisfaction forms, and any internal reports as required.

∎ Morning 10 am to 6 pm and Evening: 1pm to 8.30 pm)
∎ Remuneration : 16000/- to 18000/-
∎ Festival Bonus : 1 month salary for two Festival
∎ Complementary Service : Grooming Package fixed
∎ Incentive : Target and result Oriented
∎ Time : 10 am to 8.30pm
∎ Remuneration : 18,000/ - 25000/- (FULL TIME)
∎ Festival Bonus : 1 month salary for two Festival
∎ Incentive : Target and result Oriented
∎ PART TIME FOR STUDENT : THURSDAY TO SATURDAY (AS PER POLICY)
∎ For Ladies Branches:
∎ Time: Shifting and Roster

∎ Remuneration : 16000/- to 18000/-
