Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Creates engaging, dynamic visuals by combining graphic design principles with animation and motion graphics techniques, working across various platforms and collaborating with teams to bring concepts to life.
∎ Core Responsibilities:
∎ Conceptualization and Design:
∎ 1. Develop visual concepts and storyboards for motion graphics projects.
∎ 2. Translate ideas and scripts into compelling animated visuals.
∎ 3. Create motion graphics for various digital platforms, including social media, websites, and video content.
∎ Animation and Motion Graphics:
∎ 1. Utilize animation software (e.g., Adobe after Effects, Cinema 4D) to create 2D and 3D animations.
∎ 2. Incorporate visual effects, typography, and sound design to enhance the overall impact of motion graphics.
∎ 3. Create and edit video assets and digital content.
∎ Collaboration and Communication:
∎ 1. Collaborate with clients, creative directors, and other team members to understand project goals and requirements.
∎ 2. Communicate effectively to ensure projects meet deadlines and stay on track.
∎ 3. Provide feedback and incorporate revisions to achieve the desired creative vision.
∎ Technical Skills:
∎ 1. Proficiency in relevant software and tools, such as Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Cinema 4D.
∎ 2. Understanding of animation principles and best practices.
∎ 3. Ability to adapt and optimize motion graphics for different screen sizes and resolutions.
∎ Project Management:
∎ 1. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to project timelines and budgets.
∎ 2. Ensure high-quality motion graphic deliverables that meet client requirements and exceed expectations.
∎ Staying Current:
∎ 1. Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in motion graphics and design.
∎ 2. Continuously improve skills and explore new techniques.
