∎ At least Graduation from a reputed University (MBA in any discipline will get the preference).
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Commercial, Export/ Import through L/C, Purchase/ Procurement
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (FMCG)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, organize & control the purchase activities of the company from the local & the foreign sources in order to achieve the set target.
∎ Develop the new and alternative procurement sources & maintain supplier database with suppliers rating & identify the best and the right suppliers to get the quality products in time.
∎ Dealings of Import L/C Opening, Preparing cost sheet against work order for LC process.
∎ Correspondence with the local agents & foreign supplier. Seeking permission from different Govt. organization/offices like Customs, Board of investment, NBR, office of the controller of Import & Export.
∎ Dealings of Customs Clearing & Forwarding operation & Logistics along with DCCI, different business association with bank on time.
∎ Negotiate price, terms & conditions, service, and delivery requirements through strong supplier selection process, technical evaluation, and cost/price analysis.
∎ Coordinate transportation and distribution functions to ensure that products and services meet quality, cost, and schedule objectives.
∎ Prepare annual procurement plan & budget.
∎ Prepare monthly, weekly, daily reports and focus on proactive & cost effective operations.
∎ Any other assignments given by the Management as and when required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Having knowledge of commercial, banking, import-export through L/C, customs rules and regulations related to import & export
∎ Computer literacy is a must.
∎ Honesty & Negotiation Ability are required.
∎ Strong negotiating skills with an assertive but not aggressive flare to their personality.
∎ Experience in FMCG business will get preference
Salary: Tk. 35000 - 40000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Mobile bill, Medical allowance, Provident fund
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ As per company policy.
