Job Context:
∎ Jakson International Limited (JIL) is the Bangladesh unit of Jakson Group. It is the authorized country distributor of Cummins Diesel & Gas Gensets. It is also the exclusive partner for Cummins Marine Engines and Gensets in Bangladesh. In addition, it is the country distributor for Hyster material handling equipment, Cummins Generator Technologies (STAMFORD® & AvK® alternators) and Valvoline lubricants.
∎ JIL commenced its operation in the year 2009. It enjoys a solid reputation in Bangladesh as an integrated solutions provider in the power generation, marine, and alternator business, including Supply-Installation-Testing & Commissioning (SITC). It is a dominant player in the market with leadership position in almost all territories it operates in.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve company's sales target set by the management and prepare periodic statement accordingly.
∎ Identification and development of corporate network and its operation to strengthen the channel.
∎ Coordination with Customer Service & Operation team regarding various issues of existing customers
∎ Creating a good relationship with existing and potential customers for identifying their requirement
∎ Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
∎ Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
∎ Develops rapport, builds trust, and creates value in relationships with customers and channel partners.
∎ Sets and achieves sales goals associated with revenue and profit targets.
∎ In depth knowledge of key Cummins customers. Knowledge would include business strategies, organizational structures, geographic footprints, financial results, internal processes
∎ Able to recognize customer needs and suggest product applications to solve problems and create benefits for the customer.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in Genset Industry (Gas Generator, Disel Generator), Lubricants Business, Spare Parts selling and Heavy Equipment Industries.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
