Responsibilities & Context:
∎ • Negotiating contracts and lower prices with suppliers
∎ • Maintaining positive relationships with suppliers
∎ • Conduct cost analysis and market research
∎ • Monitor supplier performance
∎ • Ensure timely delivery to Orders track
∎ • Quality Purchase Product Reviews
∎ • Supervise and oversee all activities of the personnel and purchasing department
∎ • Prepare plans for procurement of equipment, services and supplies
∎ • Reviewing, comparing, analyzing and approving purchased products and services
∎ • Managing inventories and maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records
∎ • Develop sourcing strategy
∎ • Payment terms negotiation, optimization and management
∎ • Accommodate and resolve discrepancies of orders with deliveries
∎ • Register bar code assets and update assets
