Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Graduate in any discipline from any reputed university
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Commercial, Export/ Import through L/C, Supply Chain
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Execute, monitor and manage L/C related work which include- corresponding with vendors, opening L/C and its amendment, monitoring shipment, document requirement formalities and custom clearing.
∎ Prepare Bank, Export-Import Statement, Tax & DEDO related documents.
∎ Close liaison with Bank, C&F Agent and Customs Authority and transportation companies to ensure the shipments arrive in a timely manner and in good physical condition.
∎ Capable of handling VAT, TAX and AIT related documents and issues.
∎ To manage the importation of goods from other countries and ensure items are shipped by the most expedient and cost-effective methods.
∎ To prepare export documents related with Bank, CCI, C&F, Customs, Shipping Line and Freight forwarders.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 5 years experience in all LC related works, experience to prepare Bank, Export-Import Statement, Tax related documents
∎ Excellent in speaking and writing Bengali and English.
∎ Good knowledge in MS Word, MS Excel & Internet
∎ Very good analytical skill.
∎ Reporting skills.
∎ Able to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines as well as be able to manage your own time effectively.
Salary: Negotiable
