∎ We (BITOPI GROUP) are looking for ` Sr. Executive/ Asst. Manager - Commercial to work with our sister concern BARIDHI GARMENTS LTD. You may apply, if you are organized with strong attention to details; have a can-do attitude happy to learn new skill and great communication skills with professional etiquette. (PLS DO NOT APPLY WHO DOESN`T HAVE RELEVANT WORKING EXPERIENCE)
∎ Job Location : Cumilla EPZ
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare Invoice, Packing List, Issue Exp. from Bank & Send to C & F Agent
∎ Prepare Sales Contract for Buyer
∎ Place Booking to forwarder for Air & Sea Shipment, Check Draft BL, FCR & HAWAB, Confirm for Release OBL/HBL/ HWAB
∎ Check Terms & Conditions of Export L/C's of Buyer
∎ Cooperating with C & F for Final Shipment, Shipping Order, Cargo etc.
∎ Collect PO Sheet & Packing List & Submit Booking to Freight Forwarder for Sea / Air Shipment
∎ Prepare Shipment Status, Bank Document Status, Payment Documents
∎ Post Shipment Documents update in Buyer Vendor Invoice System
∎ Follow-up with Freight Forwarder & F for smooth operation of Export
∎ Ensure Shipping documents submission to Buyer / Freight Forwarder
∎ Any other task provided by the Supervisor time to time
∎ BEPZA and CUSTOMS related all work ( IP,EP, sub con permission , customs audit and BEPZA gate follow up)
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 40 years
∎ Knowledge on ERP /Good Command on English & Computer
∎ Pro-active, Able to work under Pressure
∎ Should have experience on dealing with BEPZA
∎ Pls do not apply who are not willing to work at Cumilla EPZ
Salary: Negotiable
