∎ Work Place: Fatullah, Narayanganj. Have to stay factory premises.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure in-process checking, BMR, BPR, and SOP's preparation and checking during manufacturing of products
∎ Participate in all qualification and validation activities
∎ Ensure proper documentation of all quality assurance related documents
∎ Ensure other activities like environment control, water sanitation, waste disposal, HVAC system validation and ETP, housekeeping, health and personal personnel hygiene
∎ Ensure required Training of QA/Production/Engineering/Warehouse personnel
∎ Maintain all Compliance related activities and documentation
∎ Responsible for dossier preparation for the international market and other export-related work
∎ Ensure sampling and Analysis of Raw Materials, Packing Materials, Finished Products and Water
∎ Preparation and review of SOPs, specifications & methods for raw material, packing material &finished product etc
∎ Validation of analytical methods, Cleaning & Qualification of equipment's
∎ Handling of OOS, deviation, CAPA with proper investigation
∎ Maintain cGMP & housekeeping and take corrective measures for any deviation
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 5-8 years experience in any reputed Pharmaceuticals Company
