Garments Accessories, Multinational Companies
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and maintain preventive / schedule maintenance program of all factory machineries and equipment's.
∎ Co-ordinate & supervise the operation & maintenance of all machinery.
∎ Provide technical support for all machinery to ensure proper functioning and protection against equipment failure.
∎ Supervision and diagnosis of faults and arranging repair of equipment/machinery.
∎ Coordinate response to any breakdown maintenance at the earliest possible time.
∎ Coordinate maintaining all statistical and financial records relating to all machinery and equipment's.
∎ Supervise managing stocks of spare parts of all machinery.
∎ Ensuring safety of manpower & machines.
∎ Work description should be kept record in shift register.
∎ To ensure Zero breakdown of plant & machines.
∎ To ensure all kind of maintenance compliance work.
∎ Supervision of erection and commissioning of machineries.
∎ To improve overall equipment performance/efficiency (OEE).
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 36 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have floor level practical work experience. Like- Offset printing, SM-74, Guillotine machine, die cutting, Ketch view printing, Nano printing, Flexo printing, WS cutting, AMC cutting, muller weaving MBJ6 & 8, etc.
∎ Must have practical knowledge of schedule maintenance, routine maintenance, break down maintenance etc.
∎ Good communication Skill both written and verbal in English.
∎ Able to work under pressure with a team.
∎ Must have knowledge in computer Applications (MS Word, Excel, Email, Browsing)
