∎ Diploma in Architecture in Architecture, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Architecture
∎ Skills Required: Building Construction, Civil Construction, Interior and exterior Design

∎ 4 to 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
3d Visualization, AutoCAD, Drafting, Exterior Design, Interior Design, SketchUp, V Ray Render
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Architecture Firm, Engineering Firms, Real Estate
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To prepare drawings using CAD or manual as per design and concept.
∎ To prepare Interior and Architecture Design concept, plan, elevation, detail working drawing, 3D visualization.
∎ Visit project site and supervision of working progress.
∎ Negotiate and meeting with nominated consulting firms for designing the project.
∎ To ensure material specification.
∎ To prepare drawings of any interior or exterior, existing or proposed layouts with proper scaling and measurements.
∎ To Estimate the quantities of materials or volume of works according to drawings.
∎ To maintain the CAD files or drawings in paper, CD and soft formats with a proper orientation for future reference as official documents in site office or in corporate/head office.
∎ Process a variety of documents and materials with established administrative guidelines.
∎ Receive & send a variety of items (e.g. mail, bills, drawings, special deliveries, packages, supplies, etc.) for the purpose of distributing to appropriate concern and follow-up.
∎ Respond to inquiries from a variety of internal and external parties (e.g. head office, other concerns, government agencies, general department, etc.) for the purpose of providing information, facilitating communication among parties and/or providing direction.
∎ Manage technical architects for development and support of existing and new design to support company infrastructure.
∎ To maintain the CAD files or drawings in paper, CD and soft formats with a proper orientation for future reference as official documents in site office or in corporate/head office.
