Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Bachelor's degree or higher in Fine Arts, 3D animation, or a related creative field OR three years of relevant professional experience
Job Context:
∎ We are seeking a dedicated 2D animator to join our company.
∎ You will collaborate with other creatives to create compelling and eye-catching images, animations, and campaigns for multiple ventures. As an animator, we`ll be depending on you to create stunning visuals that can captivate our prospects and current customers alike.
∎ Your duties will include developing image and video assets for internal documentation and marketing initiatives, including video advertising and prerolls.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Below are some of the responsibilities an animator is expected to undertake in their position.
∎ Design materials for digital and print formats
∎ Accurately use company branding assets (incl. Colors, fonts, etc.) to:
∎ Develop completed and high-quality animations, in a timely manner
∎ Develop expressive images and video for clients while working with other creatives
∎ Advise best practices throughout the design projects for example:
∎ Common errors to point out in the design and animation QA processes.
∎ Work with a wide range of media, after effects, graphic design, and animation software
∎ Manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions
∎ Adhere to voice and messaging specifications for animated pieces
∎ Accept and work with feedback to create on-brand deliverables at every stage of work
∎ Job Qualifications and Skill Sets.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Below are the qualifications that are expected of an animator:
∎ Proficiency in computer animation programs such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Suite, Premiere Pro, Media Encoder, and Maya
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
∎ Minimum of two years experience in animation
∎ Attention to detail
∎ Ideally, you have a portfolio of related work across several creative projects
∎ Strong analytical and technical skills along with artistic talent
∎ Time management and organizational skills
∎ Knowledge of layouts, animation fundamentals, special effects, and typography
∎ Experience with both print and digital media
∎ Portfolio
∎ We'd love to see your more recent and most captivating work. Please include at least one piece of work from the past 12 months.
