Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in EEE
∎ • Candidate must have good knowledge on Programming/troubleshooting of PLC (Mitsubishi, Siemens or Omron)

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): PLC

Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Responsible for controlling of PLC, CNC and Automation system.
∎ • Candidate must have good knowledge on Programming/troubleshooting of PLC (Mitsubishi, Siemens or Omron)
∎ • Must have the good Communication skill (Fluency in English is must) & computer knowledge.
∎ • Responsible for communication with vendors/Machine manufacturer for troubleshooting purpose machinery & PLC.
∎ • Responsible for periodic and schedule maintenance of all machinery and equipment’s of the factory.
∎ • To ensure preventing maintenance of machinery and equipment from damage and obsolescence.
∎ • Responsible to ensure optimum utilization of energy (power, air, gas, etc.) and measure units of utilities outsourced, produced, utilized and waste through monthly reporting.
∎ • Ensure zero down time through preventive maintenance and relevant reporting.
∎ • Prepare SOP for maintenance of plant & machinery and utilities installation of the factory.
∎ • Ensure proper monitoring & follow up routine for schedule maintenance. Including break down maintenance, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting maintenance etc.
∎ • Supervise the staffs working with him.
∎ • Train the new staffs within his area of supervision.
∎ • Routine Checking and repairing of all instrumental equipment's and their related accessories on a daily and periodic basis.
∎ • Look after of all instrumental panels and equipment's.
∎ • Good knowledge in 5S & TPM is preferable.
∎ • Any other job as may be assigned by the management time to time.
