∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Auto CAD 2D 3D, Catia, Electronic item research and development, Electronics Product Development, ProE, SAP
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances

Job Responsibilities:
∎ This position is basically core of Engineering and Manufacturing team; & will report to PE Manager:
∎ Working on CE Projects [Refrigerator, Air-Con, Washing-Machine, TV]
∎ Implementation of PE tools like: PPAP, DFMEA, PFMEA, DMAIC
∎ Ideation and brainstorming to come up with creative solutions to problems
∎ Hands-on with designing, building and testing prototypes
∎ Working on challenging tasks and problems to solve and developing high quality solutions
∎ Experiment with new tools and technologies
∎ Using knowledge gained from testing and research to design components and subsystems
∎ Applying design quality tools to ensure manufacturability and sustained quality
∎ Technical Portion dealing of Vendor & Local Parts Management
∎ Trouble shooting of Products in Production Line
∎ Validation and implementation of testing methods
∎ Level by Level BoM Validation and Implementation
∎ Product Cost Reduction & Value Engineering Activities

Additional Requirements:
∎ Smart, Team player, paired with agile mindset and can-do attitude.
∎ Good communication skill in Bangla and English.
∎ Positive mindset, can work under pressure
